YOUTH EMPLOYMENT TAX INCENTIVE (ETI)

Savings of up to R1,500 per eligible employee

By hiring South African youth aged 18 to 28 years old into learnership or study programmes with a minimum stipend of R1,800/month, your business receives up to R1,500 in monthly tax relief per employee under the Employment Tax Incentive (ETI) scheme. SETA WSP/ATR SUBMISSIONS

Reimbursement of 20% on levies paid

Submitting your Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) by the end of April each year ensures compliance with Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA) regulations and enables your company to claim a 20% reimbursement on levies contributed to skills development through Mandatory Grants (MG).
